The apartments in the Hubel Residences are modern and luxury units. The homes all have luxury bathrooms with toilet, bath and shower. Additionally, they feature a modern kitchen equipped with all amenities. The interior is modern, and all units are stylishly furnished. The houses are divided across five floors including the ground floor.

The project includes various types of houses, varying from a studio (21.5 m2), bedroom and living room, two-bedroom house to a penthouse (64 m2).
