Andorra Alpine Residences
This project is situated in the tax heaven of Andorra, a 20 minute drive from Spain. Andorra has been an ideal vacation retreat for many years for people who want to combine business with pleasure. The INTERCEUS project is strategically located 5 minutes from the commercial and administrative central of Andorra. It is a 6 story building consistent of 83 office and 9 commercial spaces. Our developing team is turning this office building into a multi-purpose luxurious structure. We are altering the structure into 2 floors of parking, 2 floors of open spaced offices, 2 floors of luxurious condominiums and an incredible penthouse.
